Well Gramma got Mom a ticket out here, and we were gonna pick her up last night. I got my room all cleaned up and allowed myself to get excited about seeing my mommy (despite my doubts she'd actually come) but wouldnt you know it! When she had to change planes in Las Vegas, she talked to Dad and then decided to: A)go back and have dad pay for her to go into rehab again and B)divorce him. After that she'll move here.

I was very disappointed in not seeing her, and it was pretty depressing having to go to BWI to pick up just her luggage, but I'm glad she's going to divorce him. Very glad.

I've decided recently that I'm never going to get married. I'm very disillusioned about the whole concept, after realizing that you can never fully trust somebody. And if I was going to marry someone, I'd want to trust them completely. So since that's outta the question, so is marriage.

Also, I spoke to Ally twice! I'm so happy about that, even though they were very short and mundane conversations. "Baby steps!" I keep telling myself.


Anyway, so today was very good... went to get cigarettes in Virginia with Lisa, then saw Charlie and the Chocolate Factory with her, Ryan and Gramma. After Lisa, Ryan and I played a very drawn out game of Scrabble (he won) and had chocolate root beer floats.

Tomorrow's agenda:
1) Take Ryan to his GED test
2) Semi-precious stone hunting at a mine in Virginia with Gramma
3) HARRY POTTER!
